Cancellation policy

Voom Supps may offer one-time purchases and recurring purchase options on eligible products. This policy explains how recurring purchase options are billed, changed, and canceled.

Choosing a recurring purchase option

Before checkout, the product page and order summary show the price, discount (if any), delivery frequency, and other terms for the option you select. By completing your purchase, you authorize Voom Supps and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide at the price and frequency shown until the recurring purchase option ends or you cancel it.

A one-time purchase does not renew and is charged only for that order.

Renewals and charges

Recurring orders are created and charged according to the schedule shown when you place your order. Shipping charges and applicable taxes may be added to each order. Your order confirmation records the purchase option selected at checkout.

Changing, skipping, or canceling

You may change, skip, or cancel an eligible recurring purchase option at any time before the next order is processed. Sign in to your customer account to view the options available for your purchase, or contact us through our Contact page for help.

When contacting us, include the name and email address used for the order and, when available, your order number. This helps us locate the correct purchase option.

Orders already processed

A cancellation applies to future recurring orders. If an order has already been charged, entered processing, or shipped, canceling the recurring option does not automatically cancel or refund that order. Contact us promptly and we will review what can still be changed. Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Plan details and updates

The terms displayed for your selected purchase option at checkout form part of this policy. If the price, frequency, or other material terms of an active recurring purchase option change, any notice and consent required by applicable law will be provided before the change takes effect.
